Through our chosen courier service they estimate:

UK and Europe: 3 - 5 business days

Rest of World 6 - 7 business days

during normal times of the year.

Please note: This is under normal conditions, please allow up to 10 working days from shipping for your items to arrive before contacting us to chase further.

We are currently using Royal Mail/Parcel Force as our Domestic and International Shipping Service.

Please be advised that current costs of the shipping are based on the total costs of sending your order which is inclusive of materials used to package and potential duties we are obligated to pay on your behalf.

There is a tracking option for all orders, you simply need to select from the drop down the type of shipping you wish to have. Please note if you select "Standard" this will not come with a tracking number and you will need to allow the estimated delivery times to pass before being able to raise any queries for the status of your order.

For all Tracked orders, once your order has been packaged and shipped you will receive an e-mail containing your tracking code. We currently use Royal Mail/Parcel Force as our delivery service, you made need to download their app to be able to utilise the full tracking.
